Premium Wine Storage Facilites
Our two premier locations serving the greater Boston & New England area offer concierge storage in some of the leading and most technically advanced and secure wine storage facilities in the country. We can meet all your wine storage, wine shipping, moving and packing needs in protected environments at controlled temperatures, whether it is for 1 case or 5,000 cases. These facilities also provide delivery and pickup service throughout the entire New England region. In addition, we offer receipt and shipment of wine to and from our warehouses in Napa Valley.
Managed Environment
IWV’s state-of-the-art climate control system ensures your wine stays at an optimal temperature of 55 degrees Fahrenheit and humidity level of 70% with redundant sensors to ensure this environment is maintained, protecting the integrity of the wine. The cooler temperatures help to slow the aging process and the proper humidity prevents the cork from drying out. These systems are monitored on and off site and are supported by back up generators.
Controlled Lighting
Light exposure can cause premature breakdown of wine so our facilities are free of natural and ambient light. Our facility also features motion activated lighting and LED bulbs which do not generate heat. Minimizing light exposure protects the special flavors found in properly aged wine.
Monitored & Secure Wine Storage
As a leader in providing secure wine storage, security is a top priority and our facility is protected by 24-hour video surveillance, alarm systems, and access granted only to current wine storage customers. Each unit is individually secured and alarmed and each customer’s wine is kept separately.

Where are your wine storage facilities?
We maintain secure, climate-controlled wine storage facilities in three locations: Framingham, MA, Stoughton, MA, and Napa Valley, CA. Each facility provides optimal conditions for your wine collection.
What are your facility access hours?
Clients have access Tuesday through Sunday from 8 AM to 8 PM. Our office hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 8 AM to 4 PM. Emergency contact options are available for urgent situations outside regular hours.
